Grumps - Yea I had it also about 15 years ago, couple of bald patches on head and a couple round the chops, freaked me right out had them needles jabbed into me, eventually it corrected itself and thankfully not come back.
As for Smith/Rock - massive shrug.

Would be very surprised if it wasn't fake. They haven't even done the work to make it look real. Look at the photos from the BBC:

Rock is leaning into it, hands behind his back and clearly bracing for impact in the first photo.
Why would you allow someone to sit down for the rest of the show, let alone be honoured and claim an award, after he just assaulted the host?
To me this is just a desperate attention grab by the Academy after years of tanking ratings.

Never seen a Will Smith film but understand he played Muhammed Ali at one point.
Must have used a body double for the fight scenes as cant recall Ali ever slapping anyone

Yeah, it was an open handed slap. Not what you'd do if you were really angry with someone.
As for making it look real with words before and after, well they are both actors. One of whom won the award for being the best at it.

I actually feel a bit sorry for Will Smith. That bird seems like a right fucking wrongun, shagging blokes left right and centre during their marriage and looks like she calls the shots. Her face dropped when Rock cracked the joke and it was probably a husband acting as protector otherwise he's getting a fucking ear full when he gets home and probably another viewing of her getting smashed by some other bloke.
No matter how much money the man has got, having a wife as a serial cheat must be hard, but as they say love is blind.
Apparently they have an open marriage, her rules no doubt, wouldn't stake much on any man happy to have his wife filled up by another bloke once in a while.

I don’t think it’s fake.
Smith looked genuinely rattled when he went back to his seat and started cursing about mentioning his wife. While Rock also looked genuinely taken back by the whole thing.
Also Smith was nominated and was favourite to win his first Oscar (which he won).
Why stage something like that which would totally upstage him finally winning the biggest award in acting?
No one is talking about him finally winning an Oscar.
